8. Put 1pc washer, brake, 1pc washer, wheel through the axle as picture 4-1, and then
put 1pc washer, fix the wheel with a clip, and cover the cap.
9. Assemble rear wheels: plug the back tubes into wheel-holders with the brakes
backward.
