information for basic troubleshooting. If the trouble persists, contact your technical

Scanning does not
start.
R The gadget setting is disabled in the external device
setting of the unit. Check the setting.
R The unit is not attached correctly. Attach it correctly.
R The terminals are dirty. Clean the terminals.
