BLADES USE (PLASTIC AND STAINLESS STEEL)
The two blades (Plastic Knife Blade and Stainless Steel Knife Blade) could be the most versatile
of all the attachments. The processing time is different based on different food. Use the two knife
blades for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts, pate, dips,
pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.
STAINLESS STEEL BLADE:
Do not use continuously for more than 3 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
This blade is perfect to chop up meat, vegetables and nuts.
Before processing, cut the meat into small pieces. Never put more than 500g of meat into the bowl.
Do not use the stainless steel knife blade for mixing flour.
PLASTIC BLADE:
Do not use continuously for more than 2 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
Always put the blade in the bowl before you start to add ingredients.
Perfect to mix flours or doughs.
OPERATION:
Ensure the bowl and the lid is locked well before activating the machine.
Always be careful when handling the stainless steel blades as they are very sharp.
After operation, open the lid only when the blades are completely stopped.
To get a better result:
Plastic blade for dough (no more than 500g flour with 300g water), start machine with min. speed for
around 10-20 seconds, and then increase the speed. When using the Stainless Steel Knife Blade
for meat chopping, use the max speed.
