Page 3 1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND INTENDED USE About this Manual – Original Manual These instructions are the original operating instructions according the machinery directive 2006/42 EC. The instruction manual must be read carefully to understand important product information. Pay attention to the safety and warning notices. Keep the manual in safe place for future reference and to make it available to all persons for inspection, service, maintenance and repair.
Page 4 1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND INTENDED USE During operation, the gate should not under any circumstances obstruct public path ways and roads (public area). When using tools and small parts to install or carry out repair work on a gate exercise caution and do not wear rings, watches or loose clothing. To avoid serious personal injury due to entrapments, remove any locking device fitted to the gate in order to prevent damage to the gate.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION Herewith you start mechanical installation of the gate operator. 5.1 Dimensions of Gate and Operator SL400EVK, SL600EVK, SL1000EVK General information and conditions for set-up. Before installing the gate operator ensure that the gate is running smoothly. The weight of the door is not allowed to be completely placed on the motor shaft.Ensure that all the required cables (power cable, accessory cables etc) are prepared and laid correctly before the base plate is installed in the concrete.
Page 7 5. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION 5.4 Installing Motor on the Base Plate 1. Once the base plate is fixed, raise the nut securing the base plate from the top about 5-10 mm and add a washer. 2. Remove the small front plastic cover from the operator and make a manual release by putting the key into keyhole, turning right and pulling the lever down (see manu- al release page 5).

Position the brackets with magnets on the left and right ends of the rack where the end positions are assumed. Follow the manual of SKU Nr 490EV for exact installation procedure. A Flashing lamp (if mounted) will flash 2 seconds every 10 minutes indicating BBU mode and power loss.Control board will switch into stand-by mode with active radio receiver accepting radio control device commands only.

INSTALLATION MÉCANIQUE Vous voici arrivé à l’installation mécanique de l’automatisme de portail. 5.1 Dimensions du portail et de l’automatisme SL400EVK, SL600EVK, SL1000EVK Informations générales et conditions pour mise en place. Avant d’installer l’automatisme de portail, assurez-vous que le portail se déplace sans encombres. Le poids du portail ne doit pas être placé complètement sur l’arbre du moteur. Assurez-vous que tous les câbles nécessaires (câble d’alimentation, câbles accessoires, etc.) sont préparés et placés correctement avant d’installer la plaque de base dans le béton.
Page 26 5. INSTALLATION MÉCANIQUE 5.4 Installation du moteur sur la plaque de base 1. Une fois que la plaque de base est fixée, soulevez l’écrou qui la fixe d’environ 5 à 10 mm et ajoutez une rondelle. 2. Retirez le petit couvercle avant en plastique de l’automatisme et déverrouillez manuellement en plaçant la clé dans la serrure, en la tournant vers la droite puis en tirant le levier vers le bas (voir déverrouillage manuel page 5).
Page 27 5. INSTALLATION MÉCANIQUE 5.7 Réglage de position interrupteur de fin de course 1. Assurez-vous que l’automatisme est alimenté. 2. Positionnez les supports avec les aimants aux extrémités de la crémaillère, à gauche et à droite, au niveau des positions de fin de course. Le côté des aimants est indiqué (L pour côté gauche et R pour côté droite), et ils doivent être placés à droite ou à gauche de l’automatisme (voir l’image 12). Les positions des supports peuvent être ajustées en les faisant glisser le long de la crémaillère. 3. Pour l’automatisme à déverrouillage manuel, déplacez le portail dans la direction OUVERT pour atteindre l’aimant fixé sur les crémaillères. Assurez-vous que la distance entre l’aimant et l’interrupteur de fin de course est conservée (voir l’image 13). 4. Une fois qu’il est atteint, la section du segment numérique en haut à droite de l’écran est activée. 5.

MECHANISCHE INSTALLATIE Hiermee begint u de mechanische installatie van de poortaandrijving. 5.1 Afmetingen van poort en aandrijving SL400EVK, SL600EVK, SL1000EVK Algemene informatie en voorwaarden voor de opstelling. Voordat u de poortaandrijving installeert, moet u controleren of de poort soepel loopt. Het gewicht van de deur mag niet volledig op de motoras worden geplaatst. PROGRAMMERING 7.7.7 Omkeertijd na impact Openen – Sluiten – Openen De functie omkeertijd na botsing definieert het omkeergedrag na hindernisbelemmering tijdens de sluit- of openingsbeweging. Dit omkeergedrag Openen – Stop – Sluiten – Stop – Openen (standaard) geldt zowel voor de detectie van de motorkracht als voor de toepassing van de sluitkantbeveiliging.
