STEP 1
Plug
Back Assembly
Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1 Remove pre-in stalled plugs on back assembly .
STEP 2 Attach Headrest (1) to rear top of back assembly using two Screws (2) . FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS (2) USING
ALLEN WRENCH (3).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
