12. TROUBLE SHOOTING
SYMPTOMS
When the Refrigerator/Freezer it not
operating or the food is not sufficient frozen.
When food is frozen in the refrigerator.
When there is noise from the unit.
A sound like water flowing can be heard.
Bad odor inside the appliance.
CHECKS
-The plug is not properly connected.
-The power fuse is turned off.
-The temperature control is set too low.
-The appliance is exposed to direct sun light or
installed near a heater.
-The appliance is positioned too close to the wall.
- The temperature control is set too high.
- The ambient temperature is too low.
- The food is juicy or moist, as this can be easily
frozen.
- The refrigerator is not installed in a flat, stable
place.
- The appliance is positioned too close to the wall.
- There is any object behind or under the
appliance.
- It is the sound of the compressor.
- This sound is generated by movement of the
refrigerant. It is not a malfunction.
- Seal stored food.
