With the help of another person, remove the griddle body
STEP 01
from the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth, flat surface�
Unlatch and unfold the legs to their vertical position� ❶ ❶ Use two (2)
small thumb screws to attach the fixed wheels onto the ends of the
right leg assembly�
❷ ❷ Use two (2) acorn nuts and two (2) spring washers to attach the
two (2) caster wheels onto the left leg assembly� (ensure that the
caster wheels are locked�)
