Danger!
G10 must only be used with stabilized 250 g chlorine tablets (Chlorilong 250 / Chlorilong Classic).
The use of any other chlorine product may result in serious damage to installation or health!
Even if the system is stopped, at least one of the valves must remain open, to avoid high pressure in the dosing
station, that may result serious damage to installation or health!
First check the installation while the G10 is empty of chlorine tablets. Once it has been checked that there is
no leakages, you can proceed to fill it with chlorine tablets.
Fill / Refill chlorine tablets

Switch off the filtration system

Open the waste valve
–
Close the input and output valves
–
Open the cover
–
Stack chlorine tablets, one-by-one
–
Clean any remaining chlorine deposit
–
Apply Vaseline on the threaded rods
–
Close the cover
–
Open the output valve
–
Close the waste valve
–
Open the input valve
Input valve setting
The input valve setting determinate the flowrate inside the G10 dosing station, and consequently the chlorination
power. It is important to properly set the input valve.
Completely open
Winterizing
For winterizing, or in case of a long stop of the installation, it is needed to completely empty the dosing station,
to remove remaining chlorine tablets and to rinse the G10.
Never close all valves at the same time!
Maintenance

The indicated amount of maintenance is just the minimum requirement. The frequency of maintenance
depends on the intensity of use. The frequency of maintenance is determined by the applicable, country-specific
requirements! This may result in considerably shorter maintenance intervals; the relevant country-specific
specifications and standards must be observed.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Weekly check:

Make sure you keep your filter system in perfect condition.

Keep the device clean, by removing any chlorine deposit to avoid corrosion of the threaded rods.

Carry out a visual inspection of the system for leaks in all components, lines and hose
Annual maintenance:
–
Empty and clean the dosing system, you may use cleaning product such as ADILON-B.
–
Replace the cover O-ring.
–
Replace the output and waste valves
–
Apply vaseline on the threaded rods to protect them form corrosion.
