If several mobile devices are needed to control the smart valve, use the sharing
function through which the device can be distributed to several accounts.
When there is no Internet, the user can open or close the valve by pressing the
button.
When there is no power, pull the release ring under the valve so that you can
manually turn the handle to close or open the valve.
Troubleshooting
The valve handle is not in the correct position.
Check if the axis of the smart valve is aligned with the axis of the valve. If
it is not on the same axis, the smart valve will work incorrectly or not at
all, possibly resulting in the burning of the motor with which the valve is
equipped.
The valve handle is stuck.
Unlock the valve by pulling the unlocking ring and turn the valve handle
slightly back and forth until it reaches 90 degrees (end of travel). The
movement is easy. If the valve does not respond to these commands, it
could be defective. Call a specialized service center.
The smart valve cannot be added to the application.
Check if the Wi-Fi network is on the 2.4 GHz frequency.
Check and activate the GPS Location on the phone.
During the pairing of the smart valve, keep the valve and the phone as
close as possible to the router.
