2. General Guidelines
Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual.

Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Do not allow operation
by unqualified people. Any damage that may occur will most probably be due to unprofessional use
of the device.

All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user modifications
to the device is not covered by the warranty.

Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the
warranty.

Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and
the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
3. Operation
1. Loosen the tripod clutch A and adjust the tripod legs to the greatest spread for
maximum stability.
2. Tighten the tripod clutch A securely.
3. Carefully place the speaker on the mounting pole. The speaker should have a
base mounting hole for use with a 1-3/8"(35mm) diameter pole mount.
4. Make sure the speaker is stable and will not topple over even if bumped or
pushed.
5. To crank up or down, first loosen the clutch B. Then press the button C and do
not let go.Then turn the crank handle D.
6. When cranking up or down, you need to keep pressing the button C. After
cranking to the desired height, let go of button C and then tighten the clutch B.
