Attention
a) While the machine is working normally, ultrasonic and tank syntony gives a well-proportioned
sound, and no shudder on the surface of the water, yet there is spray made by the tiny bubbles. If
there are discontinuous surges, please add or release a little of washing solution in the tank,
stopping the surges is better for the objects cleaning.
b) On the condition of making sure the cleaning object is cleaned, please run the machine
discontinuously as far as possible (not more than 30min.), for long-time running will cause
temperature increment of the case.

OPERATION
Operating our machines is a very simple process. The user simply introduces the part to the tank via
a mesh basket, sets the required temperature for the cleaning fluid, and rotates the timer to the
required cleaning time - starting the cleaner in the process. Periodic inspection of the cleaning solvent
is required to ensure it is replaced when ineffective.
Startup ultrasonic function:
1. Fill stainless steel tank with liquid.
2. Put the items to be cleaned inside the basket and put the basket inside the tank.
3. Plug the cleaner into grounded outlet.
4. Turn the "Timer switch" leftwards to "ON" for continuous working or turn the switch rightwards to
set the 1-20 min working time.
During working, you will hear the "sizzling" voice that means the cleaner running properly.
NOTE: Do not run the cleaner continuously for more than one hour.
Startup heating function:
Set temperature: Turn the "Heating switch" a button for setting temperature 20°C-80°C. Please set
the temperature switch to the degree that needed. Usually, the best results are within the 40°C to
60°C.
Stop ultrasonic & heating process:
1. Switch "Ultrasonic" button to "OFF", the cleaner will stop working, indicator light turn off and then
disconnect the power supply.
2. Switch "Heating" button to "OFF", the heating function will stop.
3. Empty the tank and clean both the outside and inside of the cleaner with clean and dry cloth for
next use. NOTE: Do not pour water out until it's cooling. Hot water will hurt you and damage the
machine itself.
