This table will help you select the correct temperature and time for best cooking results.
As you become more familiar with the air fryer oven cooking process, you may adjust
these settings to suit your own personal tastes.
To make excellent home-made fries:
1. Preheat the air fryer oven at 200°C.
2. Choose a variety of potatoes that are suitable for frying (e.g. fresh potatoes, slightly
floury).
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm sticks.
4. Soak the potato sticks in a bowl for at least 30 minutes.
5. Empty the bowl and dry potato sticks with kitchen paper or a cloth.
6. Pour ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, put the sticks on top and mix until the sticks
are coated with oil.
7. Remove the sticks from the bowl with your fingers or a slotted kitchen utensil so that
excess oil remains in the bowl.
8. Put the sticks in the basket, on the drip tray or on the rack.
9. Fry the potato sticks for about 18-25 minutes.
