Thank you for purchasing this product from Mazin Furniture. Please take the time to read and follow
the instructions below. Check that you have all parts and hardware before assembly. Parts apparently
missing are often found in the packing materials. If you do not have all the parts listed, have your dealer contact
us and they will be sent to you immediately.
This device is used to provide lift assistance for people with difficulty rising from a seated to a standing position, or
who have difficulty lowering themselves from a standing to a seated position.
Place near electrical outlet where the cord will not obstruct any pathway. Position on a level surface where there
is ample room to allow for proper operation.
It is recommended to install protective pads under the base supports to avoid damage or scratches if placing on a
wood floor or other hard surface, and to limit indentation if placing on carpet.
Ensure the hand control is out of the way before sitting in the chair.
Do not "drop" into the chair when sitting if it is in a partially raised or seated position.
Keep children and pets away from moving parts when operating.
Keep the hand control away from all heated surfaces.
Always leave the chair in a closed position (no lift or recline) when not in use.
Periodically check the hand control and all power cords for visible damage and ensure all connections are
secure.
