Warranty term is 24 months from the date of
purchase. When contacting customer service
of the store where you made your purchase,
please provide the name of your product,
its serial number and your receipt, all the
components of the product.
The following may serve as a basis for
warranty disclaimer:
1.
Mechanical damage (broken screen,
damaged flash-card, card e-reader, etc.).
2. Exposure to liquids, foreign objects, insects
inside your product.
3. Repairs by non-authorized persons,
installation and/or replacement of any parts
or programs.
4. Failure to comply with the service instructions.
5. Damage due to incorrect connection or
voltage drops.
