This Helium Digital product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase
when purchased from an authorized Helium Digital reseller.
This does not cover damage from improper or unreasonable use, excess moisture, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or
modification. If a product is deemed defective within the warranty term then Helium Digital will at its sole discretion repair or
replace any defective parts within a reasonable time free of charge.
To obtain warranty service the customer must obtain a return authorization number by sending an email to
support@heliumdigital.com with product and purchase information. The return authorization number will then be issued
along with shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for costs related to shipping merchandise back to Helium Digital, and also must ensure that the
original proof of purchase is included with the shipment. Helium Digital will cover all costs related to shipping the repaired or
replaced merchandise back to the customer.
THIS DEVICE COMPLIES WITH PART 15 OF FCC RULES. Operation is subject to the following two conditions; (1) this
device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation. CAUTION: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment
