Troubleshooting
If you try to a make a call but you cannot hear
anything through your hearing instrument,
make sure that:

The Beetle headset is charged and turned
on (the indicator flashes periodically).
The Beetle headset and your phone are
paired.
The Beetle headset and your phone are
connected.
If using the telecoil hooks, make sure they
are positioned correctly on your ear.
Your hearing instrument is switched to a
telecoil program.
The volume is turned up.
