The following safety and hazard
instructions not only serve to
protect the device, they also prevent
personal injury. Please read through the
instructions carefully.
• Nuki actuators and accessories may fail
due to technical malfunctions and thus
be unable to open the door.
• Always carry the key to the lock with you
or leave it in an accessible place so that
the door can be opened manually in the
event of an error.
• Improper use of the device might result
in damage.
• Do not expose the device to extreme
heat or cold, direct sunlight, open
flames or other extreme conditions.
• For permanent power supply only use
power sources within the specified
voltage range.
• Do not use defective or deformed
batteries.
• Do not short-circuit the batteries!
• Liquid can leak from defective battery
cells. If battery fluid comes into contact
with skin or clothing, rinse the affected
