c) Reset the wireless doorbell
• You can pair a maximum of 4 senders with the wireless doorbell. In case you have already paired 4
senders with the wireless doorbell and you want to replace one of the sender with a new one, proceed
as follows:
• Reset the wireless doorbell, otherwise you cannot pair further senders. To do so remove the batteries from
the wireless doorbell. Wait approx. 10 seconds before putting the batteries back in.
• Then pair all senders again with the wireless doorbell.
d) Use several wireless doorbells
• The wireless doorbell set can be expanded with several more wireless doorbells (not supplied). Once you
have started up the wireless doorbell set, insert the batteries into the additional wireless doorbell to be
added. Hold the LR button (7) for approx. 4 seconds. Activate the sender within 10 minutes. The wireless
doorbell is able to save the frequency.
Due to the signal processing time of the wireless doorbells, the ring tone of the individual
wireless doorbells is emitted with a slight time delay (max. 2.5 seconds).
Installation
The range between the sender and wireless doorbell depends on the reception conditions.
Normally, it is possible to run this device without a problem in a detached house. We recommend
that you check that the product functions correctly before final installation.
When drilling or screwing, make sure that no cables or wires are damaged. Danger of electric
shock and injury!
a) Sender
• Attach the sender using the supplied screws and dowels to a smooth, dust-free surface.
• Remove the housing cover from the bottom plate of the sender by pushing the lock tongue in through the
opening on the side. Pull off the housing cover.
• Use the bottom plate as a template and mark the position of the two screw holes on the installation surface.
Observe the orientation. The rectangular locking slot shall be facing downward in order to avoid
water seeping into the housing and cause damage such as short circuits etc.
• Drill the two holes in the wall and insert the dowels.
• Mount the mounting plate with the two screws onto the surface. The countersunk drill holes in the bottom
plate have to point away from the mounting surface.
Depending on the mounting surface, it is recommended to insert washers between the mounting
surface and the mounting plate. This prevents the sender and wireless doorbell getting scratched
during installation.
• Place the sender's housing on the mounting plate and push it down. The housing cover of the sender must
audibly lock into place.
• Remove name plate cover by pulling it off the top. Write a name on the paper provided inside the cover.
Cover it with the plastic rain protector sheet and push down the frame of the name plate cover to fix it on.
b) Wireless doorbell
• Attach the wireless doorbell using the supplied screws and dowels to a smooth, dust-free surface.
• Remove the bottom plate from the back of the wireless doorbell by pushing it down.
• Use the mounting plate as a template and mark the position of the two screw holes on the installation
surface.
• Drill the two holes in the wall and insert the dowels.
• Mount the mounting plate with the two screws onto the surface. The countersunk drill holes in the mounting
plate have to point away from the mounting surface.
• Alternatively you can place the wireless doorbell on a stable, even surface.

Range
• The range of the wireless signal transmission between the sender and a wireless doorbell is up to 150 m.
The range may be reduced by the following:
• Walls, reinforced concrete ceilings
• Coated or metallised insulating glass
• Nearby metallic and conductive objects (e.g. radiators)
• Human bodies in the area
• Broadband disturbances, e.g. in living areas (DECT telephones, mobile phones, wireless headphones,
• Nearby electric motors, transformers, power adaptors and computers
• Computers or other electronic device which are badly shielded or in operation

This figure, however, refers to the distance between a sender and a wireless doorbell which are within sight
of each other and where there are no interfering influences. In practical situation, there are usually walls,
ceilings etc. between the sender and the wireless doorbell, which correspondingly reduce the range. Due
to the different influences on the radio transmission it is unfortunately not possible to guarantee a particular
range. Normally, however, it is possible to use this in a detached house without a problem.
