Troubleshooting
Possible cause
The plug is not sitting properly. There is no current reaching the plug or
the internal fuse is defective.
The power button has not been pressed.
The correct input signal has not been selected. Check the connections.
Check the power supply to the source.
The speakers are not in the correct positions.
The polarity of the speaker cables is not correct.
The +/- cables of the speakers are not connected correctly.
Tune bass and turn on again.
Check whether the volume of the microphone is set to minimum.
Check whether the cable of the microphone has a short circuit.
Volume and sound are not tuned to a suitable level.
Echo and time delay are set to minimum.
The microphone is defective.
Poor contact at the input signal (cable or plug).
Signal is sent without shielding.
