• For safety and approval (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifications to the
product are not permitted.
• The wall-plug transformer is designed to safety class II and must only be used with a socket
connected to the public electric grid.
• Do not touch the wall plug transformer, if it is damaged. First, make the corresponding power
socket current-free (e. g. via the appropriate automatic fuse ), then carefully unplug the wall-
plug transformer from the power socket. Disconnect the plug-in transformer from the device.
Never operate the product with a damaged wall-plug transformer.
• To disconnect it completely from the mains, the mains plug has to be removed from the sock-
et.
• Never connect or disconnect power adaptors if your hands are wet.
• The manufacturer's safety instructions for devices to which the loudspeakers will be connect-
ed must also be observed. You should, therefore, also carefully read other relevant operating
instructions.
• Do not operate the product if it is damaged.
• This product is not a toy, it is not suitable for children. Children cannot judge the dangers
involved when handling electrical devices.
• Never pour liquids over electrical devices and never place objects filled with liquid on top of
them (e. g. vases). You run the risk of causing a fire or a fatal electric shock. In such an event,
isolate the mains socket, to which the product is connected (e.g. switch off the automatic fuse),
and unplug the wall-plug transformer from the mains socket. Disconnect all cables from the
device. Afterwards, the product can no longer be used; take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or sprayed water, strong vibrations or
heavy mechanical stress.
• Do not place sources of naked flames such as candles on or close to the device.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation for the wall-plug transformer and the converter during use. Do not
cover the devices with magazines, blankets, curtains or similar. Keep a minimum distance of
approx. 5 cm to other devices.
• Only use the device in a temperate climate, never in a tropical climate.
• Do not leave packing materials unattended. It may become a dangerous plaything for children.
• If you have doubts about how the equipment should be operated or how to safely connect it,

Connecting the Transformer
• Plug the low-voltage plug of the enclosed power unit into the +5V connector socket .
• Plug the power unit into the wall socket.
Only connect appliances with the same connectors to the connectors on the
converter.
If your device does not have the required inputs or outputs, use a suitable
adapter.
Only use suitable cables for connecting. If in doubt, consult an expert.
Carefully read the input and output connection and/or compatibility section in
the relevant operating instructions for the devices that are to be connected to
the converter.
If these instructions are not observed, the converter or connected appliances
could be damaged.
Switch off the devices to be connected, before connecting them to the connec-
tions. Do not switch them on again, until you have made all the necessary con-
nections and checked them.
Follow the same procedure, when changing the connection to any of the
