Operation of the Control Panel

Temp/Timer
1. Plug the dehydrator into the power socket. You will hear a beep sound.
The display will show OFF and the Power button light will fl ash in standby
status.
2. Press the Power button.
3. Press the Temp/Timer button to shift between temperature and time
settings.
4. While the temperature value display is fl ashing (for 3 seconds) press
the Increase or Decrease button for your desired temperature. To
quickly change the required temperature, press and hold the Increase
or Decrease button until you get to the desired temperature. The
temperature range for the Kalahari is between 35-80ºC/95-176ºF.
5. To adjust the time, Press Temp/Timer again and it will fl ash for 3 seconds.
Press the Increase or Decrease buttons to set to the desired time. To
quickly change the required time, press and hold the Increase or Decrease
button until you get to the desired time. The time range of the Kalahari is
between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
You can stop the dehydrator at any time by pressing the Power button.
