Assembly manual for Hand pump HPOl
This manual has been written to guide you in the assembly of the Mh2o hand pump
type HP0l, suitable for sucking water from a borehole or water storage. Manuals for
other Mh2o products can be found at www.mh2opompen.nl
Preparation:
In this installation manual we assume that
the location of the pump is already fully
equipped to be able to install the pump.
In brief:
• The supplied base plate and associated
threaded rods have already been poured
level in a concrete foundation, or you have
made all preparations for another proper
fastening.
• The threaded ends are shortened to 25mm
for the outermost and 16mm for the middle
above the base plate.
• A borehole is provided at depth with
sufficient supply or a water storage, of which the casing / supply is in the middle of the
base plate and of which the diameter does not exceed 110mm. This should be
shortened along with the base plate.
• Sufficient drainage options are provided for excess pumped-up or spilled water.
Required tools:
•
Two spanners 17mm
•
Allen key 8mm, 2.5mm and 1.5mm
•
Large slotted screwdriver
•
Pipe wrench
•
Drill with a 3mm drill bit
•
A clinker or paving stone
•
A piece of rope of at least 2 meters,
connect the sisal strings of the
packaging for this. Make a loop on one
side and tie a piece of cardboard from
the wrapping on the other side as a
bobbin.
Remarks:
• Installation of the HP01 hand pump requires two people.
• The heaviest part of the pump, the chassis weighs 14kg.
