CAUTION: Before cleaning the unit, turn power off, make sure it is disconnected from the charging
cord and the charging port cover is plugged into the charging

Before cleaning, be sure the charging port cover is fully inserted into the
charging port. Thoroughly clean the surface of the unit after every use with
soap and water. Pat dry with a clean, soft cloth.
NOTE: Never use abrasive cleansers to clean the surface of the unit. It
may decrease the life of your product.
CAUTION: DO NOT try to remove the silicone sleeve after using or during
cleaning. Doing so will destroy the unit.

SOLUTION
• Charge the unit by connecting it to the charging cord and
adapter and plugging it into an electrical outlet.
• Press and hold the POWER BUTTON for 2 seconds to
turn the power on.
• Check circuits, fuses, try a different outlet.
• Press and hold both the + and – buttons for 2 seconds to
unlock the unit.
• Fully charge the unit by connecting it to the charging
cord and adapter and plugging it into an electrical outlet.
When fully charged, the unit will automatically unlock.
