Bevestiging sets:
1 - RVS M12 verbindingen voor de palen
2 - RVS veiligheidsbouten, M6
Montagevolgorde:
1 - Graaf de gaten volgens het bodemplan en plaats paal A op de juiste diepte en
met de juiste hoogte
2 - Zorg ervoor dat het bevestigingsgat voor de te verbinden paal op de juiste
hoogte zit
3 - Bevestig paal D aan de geplaatste paal A
4 - Plaats paal B op de juiste diepte en met de juiste hoogte. Verbind paal D aan
deze paal en zorg ervoor dat de voetsteunen horizontaal waterpas zijn
5 - Bevestig paal E aan paal B
6 - Plaats paal C op de juiste diepte en met de juiste hoogte. Verbind paal E aan
deze paal en zorg ervoor dat deze waterpas is
7 - Bevestig de touweinden met veiligheidsbouten aan de RVS bussen
8 - Controleer of het toestel voldoet aan de afmetingen zoals op blad 'afmetingen'
9 - Dicht de gaten en verdicht het zand
Controles:
1 - Correcte opbouw en alle bevestigingsmiddelen
2 - Controleer de afmetingen van de valbodem t.o.v. het toestel
3 - Controleer of de maximale valhoogte niet boven de 60 centimeter uitkomt

Assembly sequence:
1 - Dig the holes according to the ground plan and place post A conform to the
dimensions
2 - Make sure that the hole for the connecting post has the correct height
3 - Connect post D to the placed post A
4 - Place post B conform to the dimensions. Connect post D to this post and level the
foot rests
5 - Attach post E to post B
6 - Place post C conform to the dimensions. Connect post E to this post and level it
7 - Connect the rope to the stainless steel sockets by using security bolts
8 - Check that the equipment conforms to the dimensions shown on sheet 'dimensions'
9 - Close the holes and compact the sand
Checks:
1 - Correct assembly and all the fasteners
2 - Check the dimensions of the safety area compared to the play equipment
3 - Check that the maximum height of fall does not exceed 60 centimeters
