Make sure, the operating voltage stated on the type label corresponds to the
power mains available in your area.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Supervise closely when the unit is used near children. Do not allow children to
use the unit.
Please use the unit according to this manual and only for the intended
application. Only use the mobile chip vac for sucking chips and swarf from
wood and plastics. Do not suck liquids, metal chips or asbestos dust.
The power consumption of the power tool may only have max. 2400 Watts.
Before each use please check the power cable for any damages. If there are
any damaged spots have the power cable replaced by a professional.
Please switch OFF the unit and unplug from the power mains before cleaning,
maintaining or when not in use.
Wear suitable clothing, tie up long hair and use a dust mask, hearing
protection and safety glasses.
Be attentive! Pay attention what you do. Approach your work with
circumspection.
Do not expose the unit to rain. Do not operate the unit in damp or wet
locations.
Do not operate the chip vac in an area with existing fire hazard or
danger of explosion.
When using the unit outdoors, only use marked cords that are especially
designed for outdoor use.
Protect yourself from electric stroke. Avoid touching earthed parts (e.g. pipes,
radiators, electric stoves, and cooling devices).
Do not use the cable for purposes it is not intended for. Do not pull on the
cable to pull the power plug. Protect the cable from heat, oil and sharp edges.
In the event of an electrical or mechanical malfunction, immediately switch off
the unit and do not use it further. Do not disassemble the unit and do not try to
repair it yourself. Have the unit repaired by a professional or contact our
customer service.
