- Page 4 HOW TO USE 1. Place the lid onto a smooth, clean surface with the suction base facing upward. Press the bowl down onto the suction base firmly. Check that the bowl is secure. 2. Place pre-cooked or soft food into the bowl.
- Page 5 3. To remove the bowl from the base, first pull the tab on the suction base upward to release from the surface beneath. Then, hold the bowl and peel off the base. HOW TO CLOSE The lid creates a tight seal for transport or refrigeration of food.
