The energy consumption of an electric household cooking hob (EC hob) is
measured in watt hours per kg of water that was heated during standardised
measurement (Wh / kg) considering all parts of the cookware under standardised
test conditions, measured and rounded off to the first decimal. The standard EN
60350-2: 2013 was used as a reference for measurement and calculation.
