GAS HOOK-UP
Any replacement pressure regulator
flexible hose used, with a length not exceeding 1.50 meters, should comply with EN 16436-1:2014. This grill is configured for
liquefied petroleum gas. Do not use a natural gas supply.
Periodic routine inspection of the regulator hose assembly should be performed at least once per year to discover potential
wear, deterioration, or damage that could allow gas to leak. We recommend replacement of the regulator hose assembly
every (5) years, or sooner if wear, deterioration, or damage is discovered.
Total gas consumption (per hour) with burner set on "HIGH" is 3.2 kW.
Only use cylinders with a minimum capacity of 460 grams and a maximum capacity of 465 grams.
A cylinder of approximately 110 mm in diameter by 170 mm in height shall be the maximum size
which can be used. The gas cylinder shall have a 7/16" UNF valve. Use only type 450 gas cylinder
that is labeled "butane/propane mix" on the packaging. Only disposable gas cylinder that can fit
within the support bracket shall be used.
A dented or rusty LPG cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked by your supplier. Never
use a cylinder with a damaged valve. The LPG supply cyliner to be used must be constructed and
marked in accordance with the specifications for LPG cylinders that adhere to national regulations
for the country of use.
WARNING:
NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE DAMAGED OR OBSTRUCTED EQUIPMENT. SEE YOUR LOCAL LIQUEFIED
PETROLEUM GAS DEALER FOR REPAIR.
REPLACING THE LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS CYLINDER
Turn off the control valve at regulator to "OFF" by turning clockwise until tight (1) and make sure the grill is cold.
Remove LPG cylinder from cylinder support basket. Detach the regulator assembly from the cylinder valve by turning the
cylinder counterclockwise (2).
Place dust cap on cylinder valve outlet whenever the cylinder is not in use. Only install the type of dust cap on the cylinder valve
outlet that is provided with the cylinder valve. Other types of caps or plugs may result in leakage of gas.
Install new LPG cylinder by pushing cylinder into regulator and turn clockwise until tight (3). Place cylinder into cylinder support
bracket (4). Only disposable gas cylinder that can fit within the support bracket shall be used.
