You can now fetch water using the water container
and then place it onto the

base plate, applying a degree of pressure
. The side of the container with the

cut-out at the base should face inwards towards the hand pump. The cut-out fits
into the gap
on the base plate. joB Done! Just a couple of minutes, and the

unit will be ready to operate. It will now be child' s play to use this adaptable system
to convert dirty water into drinking water.

iMPortant
Before using for the first time, allow at least 2-3 litres of cold
water to flow through the system. Should you not have used the water filter
for a number of hours, please allow the water that might still be held in the
filter to drain off (approximately 1 litre).
note
The water filter device must not be operated with hot water (above 25
degrees) or downstream of an unpressurised boiler. The water filter must be
protected from frost.
