The LG s.QUAD charger from Swissphone is a quick charger
with a controlled charging current.
You can use this charger to charge your Swissphone receiver
with a rechargeable power source (NiMH).
The charger also has a dry relay contact and an antenna input in
the form of a BNC socket.
The relay contact is activated for the duration of the alert.
The charging LED (green/orange) indicates the state of the
battery.

Charging process in the LG s.QUAD
When the receiver has been correctly inserted into the LG
s.QUAD, the charging LED lights up green or orange.
The charging LED lights up red if the receiver and charger are
not in proper contact. In this case, remove the receiver from the
charger and insert it again.
Meaning of the charging LED colours

To remove the receiver from the charger, you must first pull it
slightly towards you. You can then remove the receiver from the
charging bay with an upward movement.
Identification of rechargeable battery/dry cell battery
When the receiver is placed in the LG s.QUAD, the charging
process begins. If you have mistakenly inserted a dry cell battery
instead of a rechargeable battery into the receiver, charging is
terminated and the charging LED lights up green. It can take a
few minutes before the inserted cell is correctly identified.
For safety reasons, the charging voltage on the cell is constantly
monitored and the charging process is terminated if necessary.
