Back Assembly
Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1 Remove plugs from rear of Back Assembly.
STEP 2 Attach Headrest (1) to top rear of Back Assembly using two Allen Screws (2). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL ALLEN SCREWS (2)
USING ALLEN WRENCH (3).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
