The appliance is intended only for
domestic use, not for professional use.

operAtion - Using for the first time
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
operAtion
1. Insert the motorunit (6) into the stickmixer
shaft (2) until it locks. (Push, Turn & Click)
2. Place the ingredients to be mixed in a bowl or
in the supplied mixing bowl (7).
TIP: Add a small amount of liquid, such as milk,
fruit juice or water, to make the ingredients
easier to mix. Potatoes and vegetables
can be pureed in the saucepan, but the
saucepan must first be removed from the
heat source.
3. Next, insert the plug into the plug socket.
4. Hold the stickmixer upright in the bowl and
only then turn it on by pressing the switch (5). The speed can be controlled by switch (4).
ATTENTION: Never turn on the mixer if the mixing stick is not in the bowl/saucepan. Otherwise, the sharp
knife (3) may cause serious injury.
5. Hold the bowl/saucepan during use so that it cannot slide off of the work surface.
ATTENTION: The mixer may not be used for more than one minute without stopping. After that let the
appliance cool down to room temperature.
6. Switch off the appliance after use by releasing the switch. Once you have finished, remove the plug from
the plug socket.
