- Page 9 Battery-Backed Power Supply 1.1 Introduction The Isco Battery-Backed Power Supply combines a regulated 12 VDC, 5 Amp power supply with a 1.2 Ampere-hour nickel cadmium battery. The same physical size as a standard Isco battery or power pack, the Battery-Backed Power Supply pro- vides both operating and backup power for an Isco sampler or flow meter, and connects to the AC outlet.
