When the battery on the remote is low, both buttons on the remote will flash
red. If one button on the remote flashes red but will not activate when you
press it, it's out of battery.
Please recharge the remote. The remote uses the same charging cable as the
helmet. Just plug it into any USB plug to charge. Please note there's a correct
orientation to plug in the charger to helmet and remote port. To get to the
charging port of your remote, take off your remote from the mount byt twist-
ing it anti clockwise. The charging port can be found underneath the remote.
If charged correctly, the remote and helmet button will light up Red when
charging and Green when fully charged.
PAIRING THE HELMET WITH THE REMOTE
If the helmet is not responding to the remote or you have purchased a new remote (one
helmet can pair with up to 2 remotes), please pair the remote and helmet. To pair the
remote to the helmet, follow these steps:
1) Ensure your helmet is turned off. Then press and hold the power button until the
lights turn on and look like they're 'breathing' (fading in and out) rather than the usual
flashing (on and off).
2) Press and hold both buttons on the remote till you see both button lights turn on in
the same 'breathing' fashion.
3) Ensure your remote and helmet are next to each other. Press one button on the
remote.
4) Your helmet shouldrespond accordingly, and will automatically exit pairing mode. Your
helmet and remote are now paired.
5) If the helmet does not respond accordingly, re-try from step 1 and press the other
button on step 3.
