Temperature selector
Choose the temperature between a range of 100 to
230°C, depending on the food to be cooked. Turn this
control clockwise
counterclockwise to decrease temperature.
Note:
The oven takes a while to reach the selected
temperature, so it is recommended to "preheat" the
oven before introducing the food.
