BEFORE FIRST USE
• Read all instructions carefully and save for future reference.
• Remove all packaging
• Clean the cooking plates by wiping them with a sponge or cloth dampened with lukewarm water.
CAUTION: DO NOT SUBMERSE UNIT OR RUN WATER DIRECTLY ON COOKING SURFACES.
• Dry with a cloth or kitchen paper.
• For best results, lightly coat cooking plates with a little oil.
Notice: When your grill heats up for the first time, it may emit a slight smoke or odor. This is normal with
many devices and does not affect the security of your device.
HOW TO USE
• Plug the grill into the mains. The lights will remain off.
• Select the desired time and the Power light and the Ready light will turn on.
• Adjust the temperature to your liking.
• The green READY light will turn off and the grill will begin to heat. It takes 3-5 minutes to preheat.
• When the green READY light goes off it means the grill is ready to use.
To use the closed grill
• Prepare sandwiches or sandwiches however you like and place them on the lower cooktop. Always place
food towards the rear of the lower cooking plate to prevent it from slipping when you close the grill. .
• Close the upper cooking plate to evenly press the food.
• Cook for approximately 3 to 6 minutes or until golden brown, adjusting time to suit your taste.
• When the food is cooked, use the handle to open the lid. Remove the food with the help of a plastic
spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as they can damage the non-stick coating on the cooking plates.
• The device was designed with a unique handle and hinge that allows the cover to adjust to the thickness
of the food.
• When cooking more than one food, it is important that the thickness of the food is even so that the lid
closes evenly on the food.
To use as an open grill
• Place the appliance on a clean, flat surface where you are going to cook.
• With your left hand on the handle, use your right hand to depress the lock button.
Push the handle back until the lid is flat on the counter.
• The grill design provides a large, even surface for large amounts of food to be
grilled at the same time (we do not recommend cooking bone-in chicken, as it does
not cook evenly on an open grill).
• You have the option of cooking different types of food separately without
combining their flavors, or cooking large quantities of the same type of food.
