The humidity warning can be set in the menu as an acoustic alarm, a visual alarm
or a combination of the two. If humidity values are consistently too high or too
low, the user will receive information constantly via the flashing warning symbol
on the display. In order to save energy and avoid disturbances, the visual alarm

(light strip) and the acoustic alarm are not emitted continuously, but are switched
on alternately every 15 seconds for a period of 5 minutes. Both alarms are then
deactivated for 15 minutes and then reactivated for 5 minutes. This sequence
(alternately switched on for 5 minutes then switched off for 15 minutes) is
repeated 5 times. After 5 runs or 100 minutes and sustained high or low humidity,
the alarm will pause for 6 hours before the cycle starts again.
