Downdraft ventilation

Notes
‒ The downdraft ventilation VL 414 can only be
operated in combination with the control knob
AA 490 110/111. Two VL 414 ventilation elements
can be connected to the AA 490 110/111.
‒ Operator inputs apply to all open ventilation
elements: If you turn the control knob to Level 1, all
open ventilation elements will be operated at
Level 1.
‒ The positioning plate is used to correctly position
the grease filter near the side air outlet. Place the
positioning plate in the ventilation element so that
the central angle reveals the air outlet. Then place
the grease filter on the positioning plate.
‒ Place the grease filter downwards, without the
positioning plate, in the ventilation element near the
air outlet. The alignment of the grease filter does
not matter.

Control knob

Use the control knob to select the fan speed.
