3 Cleaning and care
3.1 Cleaning
WARNING:
A
• Never use gasoline, solvent, abrasive cleaning agents,
metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
• Do not wash the metal parts in dishwasher.

We advise you to lubricate the cutter unit and the grinding
discs with some vegetable oil.
3.2 Storage
• If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it
carefully.
• Please make sure that the appliance is unplugged, cooled down and
totally dry.
• Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
• Place the power cable in the cable hiding bay (12) under the appliance.
• Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
• You can store accessories (separator (14), sujuk/sausage accessory (13)
kibbeh accessory (15)) inside the pusher.
