The gauge or Presidium Gem Computer Gauge (PGCG)
referred to in this handbook is provided and/or sold on
an "as is" basis. Except as required by applicable law,
no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
