the alarm, turn the key to the locked position, the alarm should beep once to
confirm arming.To replace the Bullett unit into your lock, turn the key to the
open position and slide the Bullett back into the lock body.
Battery Life
• Under normal use, batteries should last 8 months. Frequent alarm triggering or
extreme temperature conditions can affect battery life.
• A constant ticking noise noticeable deterioration in alarm volume or sound
quality are indications that batteries are low.
• Low batteries will affect performance. Replace batteries at the first sign of
low power.
Keys
Each lock is supplied with 3 keys as well as a key tag etched with a 6-7 digit code
beginning with the letter X (ie. X123456). This key tag must be kept in a safe
place, as you will need it to order replacement keys for your lock. DO NOT keep
the key tag with your keys.

Replacement Keys
To supply replacement keys we will require the key tag along with the owner's
details (including name, address and telephone number) and a receipt for the
purchase of the lock. Keys will only be sent to the owner's address.
If Your Alarm Module Is Damaged
The self-contained alarm module can be replaced with a new unit from your
local authorised XENA Dealer.
Note: The lock will continue to function as an effective anti-theft device with or
without the alarm system.
