Pump sucking in air
Blocked jet
Pump sucking in air from
connections or hose
Suction/delivery valves are clogged
Unload valves are stuck
Lance or nozzle worn out
Kinked inlet and or pressure hose
Blocked inlet filter
Blocked jet

Remedy
Check connections are tight
Remove blockage using jet cleaning
tool
Check connections are tight
Clear or replace valves. Have machine
checked by service centre
Loosen and re-tighten regulating screw
Check and/or replace
Check, straighten and replace if
required
Remove and clean filter
Remove blockage using jet cleaning
