4moms does extensive testing above and beyond that required by

law. However, if through some unforeseen circumstance we need to
issue a recall, we ask that you please register your high chair. We have
two easy ways to register: either fill out the enclosed registration card or
register online at www.4moms.com/product_registrations/new
Warranty
4moms warrants to the original purchaser of every new 4moms

chair that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship
when used properly in accordance with the instructions contained
in the product manual supplied with each high chair unit. 4moms
obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of twelve (12)
months from the date of purchase and applies only in the country of
original purchase. The warranty is only valid for a product purchased
from a 4moms authorized retailer or distributor. Warranty is invalid

for products purchased used. If the unit is determined by 4moms
be defective within twelve (12) months of purchase, the warranty
will cover the repair or replacement of the unit, parts, or assemblies.
4moms assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component

failure or other damage to the unit resulting from improper usage or
failure to clean and/or maintain product as set forth in the product
manual provided with the unit. This warranty does not cover claims
resulting from: misuse, abuse, alteration, inflicted damage, accidental
damage, normal wear and tear, involvement in an accident, and/or
failure to comply with the instructions on assembly, maintenance and

All 4moms products are covered by a warranty of at least twelve
