CHECK THE MALFUNCTION AND REPAIR
If your humidifier can't work, please ask the service department to repair:

If your humidifier still can't work after dealing with above methods, please contact with Customer
Service Center or local service department.

RESOLVE METHODS
Connect the humidifier from
the power supply
Switch on the unit
Fill water in water tank
Open water tank, put it in
shadow for 12 hours.
Clean the water tank, fill clean
water in.
Empty the flume, then close
the cap of water tank.
Clean the transducer
Clean the water tank, fill clean
water in.
Fill water in water tank.
Place on a stable level surface.
