Trouble Shooting
Q1: My FS320 can't connect to FS310 and the Blue
LED is always on.
ANS: There is a hardware reset button in the back of
the FS320. Please press this button to reset
your FS320.
Q2: My FS320 has shown successfully connecting
light, but I can't hear any music from FS310.
ANS: Please make sure you don't have any Bluetooth
Sterro headset devices around. If so, please
turn off other devices first and reconnect FS310
again.
Q3: How can I enjoy stereo music without missing
any incoming calls from cellphone?
ANS: Please pair FS310 with cell phone first, then pair
with and connect to FS320. Music you are
listening to shall be paused as an incoming call
arrives.
Both voice and microphone will be switched to
handsfree/ headsfree profile at the mean time,
afterwards both will automatically be switched
back to A2DP profile after the call has been
finished. At the same time, stereo music
continues.
