Cart Cleaning Instructions
®
Remove top lid and mid support lid from Saf-T-Ice
Cart and run through dishmachine.
The remainder of the cart can be cleaned with
a damp rag, soap and water.

Top Lid
The cart is shipped in a collapsed and folded orientation.
Open saddle clamps on both sides of the handle assembly and
pull the handle assembly to a vertical position. Turn saddle clamps
clockwise to tighten. Flip saddle clamps up to lock.
Push in bar labeled lift to release under the top handle to extend
the assembly.
Fully extend assembly by lifting handle until it clicks into place.
Attach top lid to the post and rest lid on the handle assembly. Keep
lid rested on handle assembly to load ice tote.
Attach mid support lid to the post at a 60 degree angle and slide lid
to the left to rest on the retaining feature on handle assembly. Keep
lid rested on retaining feature to load ice tote.
Load the bottom ice tote on the cart with HACCP hanger facing
forward. Slide the lid to the right to close lid and cover the tote.
Load the upper tote on the cart with HACCP hanger facing forward.
Close lid and cover tote.
Ready to move ice
