5. Power
If you want to switch off the appliance completely (for cleaning for ex-
ample), press the „Power" button.
If the appliance is on, press and hold the „Power" button for 5 seconds,
in the meantime, the display turns off. After switching off the appliance,
do not store food in it. To switch on the appliance again, press the „Pow-
er" button for 1 second. The appliance will return to the previously set
temperature.
6. Child Lock
The appliance is equipped with a child lock. When the child lock is en-
abled, the control panel is not active. To enable the child lock, hold the
Child Lock button for 3 seconds, the display shows a lock symbol. To
disable the child lock, hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds, the lock
symbol goes off.
Adjust the humidity level inside the box
Various products, such as fruit or vegetables, require an appropriate
level of humidity in order to stay fresh longer. VitControl box is equipped
with a slider (Fig. 17), so the box can be supplied with more air, which
will change the humidity level inside the box.

Fruits require lower humidity level, therefore air supply must be closed
with a slider. With vegetables it is the other way round, to keep them
fresh longer, you should open the air flow with a slider. The exact slider
position depends on your own preferences.
Suspended box
This box is suitable for storage of small foodstuffs. It can be moved
across the width of the shelf. Installation of the box is shown in Figure
18.
Bottle rack
As for the suspended box, the rack can be moved across the entire
width of the shelf. To increase the space, it can be folded. See Figure
19
