perating instruCtions
To mount the head, proceed as follows :
- Remove the adjustment cover.
- Place the setting on "5" (Fig.1).
- Fit the head to body, by manually screwing the ring down.
LIMITING AND LOCKING THE SETTING
- Set the head in the required position (ex.3).
- Use a screwdriver to disassemble the cover (a), the locking
cap (b) and the first of the toothed washer (c) Fig.2.
- If you want to limit the setting from * to 3, reassemble the
washer (c) as in Fig.3.
- If you want to block the setting at the value of 3, Reassemble
the washer (c) as in Fig.4.
- Then reassemble the locking cap (b) and the cover (a).

RECOMMENDATION
n
:
otes
For the circuit to work properly, we recommend to install a differential pressure valve between delivery and backgrow.
To avoid excessive noisiness in the circuit, avoid using thermostatic valves with Δp values of more than 0,2 - 0,25 bar.
To avoid blinding in summer, we recommend to open completely the head.

The use of thermostatic valves makes each room independent, with its own temperature adjustment,
giving therefore more comfort and allowing considerable energy savings as required by national and
international standards. The temperature of the room is regulated by a thermostat inside the head which
controls the delivery of hot water to the heating body. The range of temperature adjustment can be limited,
or the hand knob can be locked on a preset value (see relative instructions for assembly and adjustment).
The various types of thermostatic valves can be used in every situation, even those with special technical-
logistic features (e.g. close to sources of heat, restricted spaces or difficult to reach, etc...).
