Temperature Range: 89.6ºF – 109.2ºF 32.0ºC – 42.9ºC
1. To TURN ON the thermometer:
Press the ON/OFF button for 1 Second.
"Please measure."
2. To disable or activate the VOICE READOUT function:
While unit is off press the ON/OFF button for 4 Seconds. After
3 seconds at one setting normal mode resumes.
3. To change voice readout LANGUAGE:
While unit is off press the ON/OFF button for 8 Seconds.

5. To take an ORAL TEMPERATURE reading:

6. To take an UNDERARM TEMPERATURE reading:
Dry the underarm with a towel and place the probe tip
high in the armpit so the thermometer is perpendicular to
the body, and position the arm across the chest so the tip is
fully covered by bare skin.

7. To take a RECTAL TEMPERATURE reading:
(newborn and older) Coat the probe tip with petroleum jelly.

8. To LISTEN AGAIN to the temperature readout:
Press the Speaker symbol button (
will recall and announce the last measurement taken.
9. To TURN OFF the thermometer:
Press the ON/OFF button for less than 1 Second. The unit will
also turn off automatically after five minutes from the last use.
Battery Replacement
1. Replace the batteries in your
thermometer when the low
battery indicator appears on
the LCD display.
2. Remove the battery cover from
the back of the unit and remove
all three batteries.
3. Load three new batteries (size
AG10) so they are lined up with
the + sides to the right (nearest
the latch indention) inside and
replace the cover.
