Yes, it can. However, the account and password corresponding to the
camera must be obtained.

Why didn't I receive an alert from the camera on APP?
Please go to "Settings" on your phone to unlock permission of receiving

If camera can not be connected, please refer to following:
① The camera now only supports Android (better be 4.0 or above)
and iOS operating system. It does not support Windows temporarily.
② Please make sure your phone and camera are under the same
network.
③ Keep camera as close to router as possible.
④ Camera ONLY supportsWiFi of 2.4G instead of 5G.
⑤ Please do check your WiFi password and make sure that it meets
requirements mentioned before.
⑥ Please check whether your router has connected with too many
devices, which may result the failed connection.
⑦ Camera can not be connected with public WiFi.
⑧ Reset the camera.
⑨ Update EyeCloud.
